Exams

We have been taking exams all our lives.. right from nursery to 10.30
a.m today... it has been exams after exams. There have been some very
cardinal ones like JEE and on the other end some very subsidiary ones
like GATE :-)

But I won't natter here about my success in JEE and all. But I'll
rather tell you about the two most noxious words in the dictionary of
an IIT student - MINOR and MAJOR

Minors and Majors are the only time of the semester when people can be
seen engaged in any form of activity that can be remotely connected
with acquiring some sort of knowledge. These are the times when even
the most dismal movies or TV series is seen with utmost keenness.
These are the times which set the cash registers ringing at the
photostat shops. These are the times when people like me write blogs
:-)
